Fantastic experience at our Stanley Picker Gallery show - thank you to everyone at the Gallery who helped make it happen (and who didn't mind the trails of straw we left wherever we went), to everyone who came to the event, and to my collaborator Louise Anderson - it was meant to be. Crossbreed: you should have called me AlisonAre we hybrid beings? Are we peripatetic? We switch on and we switch off. Are we creating a crossbreed or do we intercross? Are we interchanging ourselves, our output or both? Installation including: screenprints on tissue and organza, digital prints, metal plates, laser-cut perspex, plaster, video projection, carpet and straw.

Next week I'm going to be showing work in the lobby space of the Stanley Picker Gallery in Kingston. All welcome to come - Wednesday 11 March from 5pm to 7pm. With free drinks and cookies, and limited edition postcards for the first 30 visitors. I'm into the final stages of preparation, with last minute panics, worry, indecision and of course plain and simple finishing things off. As well as making sure I remember to invite everyone to come.
